James attended Hemet High School and played basketball for the bulldogs, and earned the MVP award. He is working right from the age of six; when her mother encouraged him and his brother Stuart to act as a hobby. At the age of ten, he received his first speaking part. After a short time, he got a role on the TV series “Emeril” as Emeril Lagasse’s son. He also appeared as guest star on Once and Again (as Tad) and Boston Public. He also had a role in the ESPN Movie, “Season on the Brink”, which is a basketball movie about the Indiana Hoosiers. He graduated from Hemet High in 2003. Currently, he plays the role of Nathan Scott on ‘One Tree Hill’, who is a handsome and popular athlete.
