One Tree Hill Season 6
‘One Tree Hill’ returned with sixth season on September 1, 2008 with the season opener entitled ‘Touch Me I’m Going To Scream, Part 1′. As the sixth season premiered, we saw that the residents of Tree Hill would have to make some choices and their choices would surely affect the rest of their lives. Lucas decided to go with the woman he’d like to spend his life. Brooke’s mama returned in her life and she’s dealing with that reality. Mouth and Millicent relationship took a hefty step. Someone from Dan’s past encountered with him. First episode of sixth season was named after a song by My Morning Jacket.
Second episode of season was entitled ‘One Million Billionth of a Millisecond on a Sunday Morning’ in which all Tree Hill residents came to know about a surprise marriage. Brooke set eyes on Deb for help after the attack. Dan noted that Carrie’s plan would not work. Jamie saw Skills and Deb kissing. The name of this episode was inspired from a song by ‘The Flaming Lips’. Then came the episode entitled ‘Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly.’ In which Quentin died and it left everyone traumatized. While trying to run away from Carrie’s house, Dan discovered a mysterious grave. Episode name was inspired from Sam Duckworth’s band ‘Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly.’.
Next episode in row was ‘Bridge Over troubled Water’ in which Lucas was seen struggling to inspire the Ravens. On the other hand, Haley investigated the disappearance of Dan. Nathan accepted the truth of Deb-Skills relationship. A famous musician visited Peyton’s studio and it was enough to leave her stunned. It was named after a song by Simon and Garfunkel. In ‘You’ve Dug Your Own Grave, Now Lie In It’, we saw that Lucas and Peyton set a wedding date. Peyton finally believed that she’s Mick’s daughter. Lucas met Lindsay in New York. Haley, Dan, Jamie and Deb were seen dealing with a crazy nanny Carrie. Sam and Brooke made a bond in this episode named after a song by Kenotia. Sixth episode of season was entitled ‘Choosing My Own Way of Life’. It was very surprising for Lucas to see that the publishers have sent some else other than Lindsey. Nathan got an opportunity to play Slamball. Lucas’ book-tour got cancelled. Haley decided to help some one in need. The episode name was based on a song by Suicidal Tendencies. Seventh episode of season was named ‘Messin’ With the Kid’. Lucas and Peyton discovered more about each other. Brooke was after Sam whereas Owen returned to Brooke. Name of the episode was derived after a song by Junior Wells. Next episode in row was ‘Our Life is Not a Movie or Maybe’. Some one from his well-wishers suggested Lucas to turn his book into a movie. Meanwhile, Peyton met Derek and planned for a USO concert at Tric. The name of the episode was derived from a song of Okkervil River. In ‘Sympathy for the Devil’, Nathan and Brooke were seen facing the issues of their past. Episode was named after a song by The Rolling Stones. Next episode was ‘Even Fairy Tale Characters Would Be Jealous’ and its name was derived from a song by PlayRadioPlay!’. In ‘We Three (My Echo, My Shadow and Me), Karen’s café got transformed into a nightclub with Lucas serving as its proprietor. Then was the episode entitled ‘You Have Got To Be Kidding Me’. In this episode, Lucas headed to Hollywood with wish to meet the director of the movie. Millicent and Mouth had a war of words about Gigi. Julian asked Brooke to finalized the design of clothes. Then came the episode entitled ‘Things A Mama Don’t Know’ in which Peyton shared the awful news with Lucas. Brooke was seen searching for Sam whereas Nathan tried to adjust to his new career. In ‘A Hand To Take Hold of The Scene’, everyone came to know about Peyton’s condition. Brooke worked to find what Julian’s true intentions were. Haley and Nathan had a double date with Mia and Chase. Next episode was entitled ‘We Change, We Wait’ in which Lucas and Julian were seen trying hard to find the perfect director for their movie. The most recent episode of series was entitled ‘Screenwriter’s Blues’ . In this episode, Lucas started casting for his movie. Dan gave some advices to Jamie after he had his first crush. Brooke met the one who’d be playing her character. Nathan received some exciting news meanwhile Haley must make a tough decision at work.
Some episodes which are aired to next are You And Me And The Bottle Makes Three Tonight, scheduled to be aired on March 09, 09 and ‘Searching For a Former Clarity’ would be aired on February 16, 2009. Next episode would be ‘Letting Go’, scheduled to be aired on April 13, 2009.
